1、Research areas

The Division of Energy System Analysis (abbreviated as Division 901) is also known as the Institute of Energy, Environment and Economy (the 3E Institute) of Tsinghua University. It is one of the pioneers that initiated the research and education on energy system analysis and climate change mitigation in China. The division is one of the key think tanks of Tsinghua University, and also serves as the main supporting organization for the Climate Governance and Carbon Finance Research Center of the Institute for Carbon Neutrality, Tsinghua University. In coorperation with the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, the division is building a national key discipline (Management Science and Engineering) as well as the key research base of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education. It has a doctoral program in management science and engineering and a postdoctoral workstation.

(6) Design of Global Stock Taking of NDC Mitigation Targets and Research on Underlying Key Scientific Issues, Project of the National Key Research and Development Program

(7) China's Adaptation and Low-carbon Technology Transfer Program for Major Countries Along the Belt and Road, Project of the National Key Research and Development Program
