1995年进入国家电力工业部劳动保护科学研究所工作，2007年在清华大学从事博士后研究工作，2011年在清华大学核研院工作至今。

重金属污染和放射性污染治理研究；生物吸附；环境生物技术修复治理水污染、土壤污染。
