The graduate education offered by INET covers both master's and doctoral programs in Engineering. The emphasis of education is laid on actively meeting the needs of social development. The programs continually reform their patterns of personnel training, cultivating high-level professional talents that include well-rounded physical, moral, and intellectual development. INET has also founded several types of scholarships which are awarded to about sixty percent of the students. In its near 50-year history, INET has cultivated near 1000 specialized personnel for the country. These specialists play an important part in various domains and fronts, and many have become pillars of society.
