1989 The 5MW Nuclear Heating Reactor was put into operation.

1995 Construction of the 10MW High Temperature Gas-Cooled Reactor started.

1996 R&D of separation treatment of High Level Liquid Waste (HLLW) was successful.

1999 The 60Co Container Inspection System was set up.

2000 The 10MW High Temperature Gas-Cooled Reactor reached its criticality.

2003 the 10MW High Temperature Gas-Cooled Reactor reached its full power operation and began to supply power to the grid.
